Terms of Service, Do's & Don'ts and TAT
Here you can find all the info you'll need before ordering!
Note that if you buy a digital commission, you will not receive a poster and vice versa.
ToS
-Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased. Additional fees apply depending on services.
-Commissioned artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners posting on socials (with credit) or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
-AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My artwork may not be used in AI datasets, engines or made as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- You will receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost €5 each.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of €10 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly (with watermark of course) or use it as a part of my portfolio.
- If you wish to buy commercial use before or after finishing the commission, the prices are as following:
Streamer Commercial Use: €15
Merchandise Commercial Use: €40
-Revisions are only possible during the sketch phase.
-Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
TAT / Refunds
- I don’t have a standard specific TAT, but expect a digital commission within 1-2 weeks, traditional art takes longer (between 1-3 weeks). Note that this amount only applies if you are first in line.
- I am a college student, bear with me please.
- Under no circumstances should I be pressured, the only exception is where there is a stop with communication or the commission takes too long (which I will do anything in my ability to prevent). You will be updated and accordingly refunded if delays occur.
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
Refunds:
- I may cancel and then of course refund the commission at any time.
- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in:
• Forfeit to your rights to use the artwork.
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• A formal complaint against you / being blacklisted.
Do's and Don'ts
Do's:
Human, humanoid, fanart, (self)ship, OC, slight NSFW, armour, complex design
Don'ts:
Heavy NSFW, heavy gore, mecha, furry (I'm still practising, so in some cases I will do this), fetish content or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.
